Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boneless chicken breasts
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
dash of ground ginger
3 Tbsp. water
3 stalks celery, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 large can chunk pineapple, drained
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 red sweet pepper, cut in chunks
Preparation

Spray large skillet with Pam and add 1 tablespoon margarine. Put in chicken.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and ginger.
Add celery pieces and cook until chicken is brown.
Combine water, brown sugar, pineapple juice, vinegar, soy sauce and cornstarch in saucepan.
Cook until thickened.
Add pineapple and red pepper chunks. Pour over chicken.
Simmer for 15 or 20 minutes to combine flavors.
Serve over rice.
