Western Style Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (1-inch) thick pork chops
    4 Tbsp. chili sauce
    few drops lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. onion, grated
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine the ingredients and marinate the chops for 1 hour or longer. Remove the chops from the marinade, reserving the marinade. Wipe the chops clean and dry. Brown the chops in a hot greased skillet. Heat the marinade with 1/2 cup water and pour over the chops. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until done. You can also bake the chops, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serve with rice.
