Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. Mexican seasonings
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 pkg. corn chips, crushed
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Add spices and 1 cup water, simmer for 15 minutes.
    Layer ground beef, sour cream, chips and 1 cup cheese in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
