Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 oz.) box spaghetti
1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
1/4 c. bell pepper, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
3 oz. oleo or butter
1 small jar pimentos
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 (5 oz.) cans Sweet Sue boned chicken
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Cook spaghetti in 3 quarts boiling water.
Drain and pour in greased casserole dish.
Melt oleo in skillet.
Add onion, celery and pepper.
Saute until tender.
Pour over spaghetti.
Mix well. Chop chicken and add, mixing well.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Cook in 400\u00b0 oven until cheese is melted.
