Penuchi - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine milk and sugar.
Cook slowly, stirring only until sugar is dissolved.
Cook to 236\u00b0 or when soft ball forms when dropped in cold water.
Add butter; cool slightly, then add remaining ingredients.
Pour into a buttered pan (about 8 x 8-inch).
