Ingredients

large raspberry Jell-O
Breyers vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in one cup hot water.
Let set up until the consistency of egg whites.
Fold large dips of ice cream into the Jell-O with electric mixer until mixture is thick enough to eat with a spoon.
