Crunchy Pecan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk biscuit mix
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer, cut into serving size pieces
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine biscuit mix, seasonings and nuts; mix well.
    Dip chicken in milk and coat with dry mixture.
    Place chicken in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Pour batter over top and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
    Yields 4 servings.
