Greek Pita - cooking recipe

2 lb. fresh spinach
5 eggs
2 c. crumbled Feta goat cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
1 pkg. defrosted filo dough
Preparation

Clean, stem and chop spinach.
Beat eggs in large bowl and add spinach and cheeses.
Melt butter and begin by spreading in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Place 2 strudel leaves on bottom and brush lightly with butter.
Keep going with 4 layers. Spread on half the filling, 4 more layers buttered, then the rest of filling.
Top with as many layers of dough as can fit.
Butter the top and sprinkle with wheat germ.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes, until golden.
