Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 to 38 mushrooms (small)
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. tarragon
Preparation
    Combine and simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
    Refrigerate overnight. Serve cool (room temperature).
