Self-Crust Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. very soft butter
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a blender.
    Blend for 20 seconds. Pour into well-buttered 9-inch deep dish pie plate.
    Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until a knife comes out clean.
