Barbecued Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. brisket
    1 bottle/can beer
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 large bottle barbecue sauce
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Marinate brisket in beer for 12 to 24 hours.
    Grill brisket when brown.
    Slice brisket and place in large pan.
    Add onion, barbecue sauce and honey.
    Simmer for 2 to 3 hours on low heat. Serve hot, basted with sauce.
