Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. pork sausage
1 small onion, minced
1/2 c. carrots, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 eggs
2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/3 c. ketchup
1/3 c. sweet red wine
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
3 oz. diced sundried tomatoes
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients together except cheese.
Form desired shape and pan.
Bake for 1 hour, covered. Add cheese to top.
Bake 10 minutes more, uncovered.
