Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. flank steak, cut in 1-inch strips
    1 c. beef consomme
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1 clove minced garlic or a dash of garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Combine together and pour over meat.
    Marinate overnight. Drain meat.
    Broil about 2 minutes on each side or barbecue on an outside grill.
