Pork Chops With Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 5-oz. pork loin chops, cut 3/4 in. thick
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. apple juice
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 med. apple
Preparation
    Arrange chops in baking dish (single layer). Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Combine brown sugar, apple juice, soy sauce, ketchup, cornstarch. Core apple and cut into 3/4 inch thick rings. Turn chops. Place one apple ring on each chop. Spoon some sauce over each chop. Return chops to oven and bake for 30 minutes more or until chops are done.
