Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves (optional)
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. nuts
3 c. apples
Preparation

Sift flour, cinnamon and cloves into large mixing bowl.
Add sugar and nuts and mix well.
Beat eggs in small bowl.
Add oil all at once and beat well.
Add 1/3 of egg and oil mixture to dry ingredients at a time and mix after each addition.
Peel and dice apples and add to mixture; mix well.
Bake in 13 x 9 1/4 x 2-inch pan which has been greased and floured for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
