Shrimp Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tiny shrimp, drained
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. minced onion
    6 slices thin white bread
    1 egg white
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1/8 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Mash shrimp.
    Add all other ingredients, except bread.
    Mix. Cut crusts from bread.
    Spread with shrimp mixture.
    Cut into triangles.
    Deep fry until golden brown.
    May be frozen after frying and reheated in broiler.
