German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bacon
3 onions, chopped
16 oz. bottle Henry's dressing
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. or less white vinegar
4 to 5 lb. boiled potatoes, peeled
Preparation

Cool and dice potatoes.
Cut bacon into small pieces and fry. Remove from pan.
Fry onions until done.
Pour off half of bacon grease and combine onions and bacon.
Add the dressing, sugar and vinegar and bring to a slow boil, stirring well.
Pour over potatoes and heat to serve.
It's better left overnight to marinate.
Before serving, warm it through in oven.
