Chocolate Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1/2 c. unsweetened orange juice
    1/3 c. water
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/3 c. semisweet chocolate mini-morsels
    1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl.
    Make a well in center of mixture.
    Combine juice and next 4 ingredients.
    Add to dry ingredients, just until moistened.
    Fold in chocolate mini-morsels.
    Spoon, filling 2/3 full into paper-lined muffin pans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
    Cool.
