Burger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 can vegetable soup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. mashed potatoes
Preparation

In skillet, brown beef.
Cook celery and onion until tender; drain fat.
Add soup and salt.
Spoon into a 1-quart casserole dish.
Round potatoes around edge of casserole dish.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
