Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. very ripe bananas, mashed
    1 tsp. vinegar, put in 2/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift flour with soda and salt.
    Cream butter and sugar; mix well.
    Add eggs and bananas and blend well. Add milk with vinegar (may be curdled).
    Fold in flour mixture and milk alternately.
    Stir in nuts; blend well.
    Will make 2 small or 1 large loaf pan.
    Oil pan and bake 1 hour.
