Corn Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. can Niblets corn, drained
    8 oz. can cream-style corn
    2 eggs
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 stick butter
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine; pour into casserole (1 1/2-quart). Mix eggs and sour cream with wire whisk in dish until smooth.
    Add corn.
    Pour muffin mix until smooth.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
