South Of The Border Hot Cocoa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 qt. milk
    1/3 c. cream or evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients; set aside. Heat 1 cup milk until bubbly; do not boil. Gradually whisk in the cocoa mixture until smooth. Gradually stir in remaining milk.
    Remove from heat; whisk in cream and vanilla. Yields 5 cups.
