Ganmodoki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tofu (Momen)
    3 shiitake mushrooms, chopped
    1/2 carrot, cut into fine strips
    2 Tbsp. scallion, finely chopped
    1 to 2 Tbsp. wheat
    1 egg yolk
    1 Tbsp. sweet sake
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1 (3 1/4 oz.) can tuna
Preparation
    Wrap tofu with paper towel.
    Place a weight on it; wait about 30 minutes until water comes out.
