Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. allspice or nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. honey
    juice of half lemon
    1 apple, sliced
Preparation
    Prick squash - pour half the liquid in each half of squash. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Lower heat to 300\u00b0 and bake an additional 20 to 30 minutes.
    About 10 minutes before done, add sliced apple.
    Cook 10 minutes more.
