Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 large eggs
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    3 c. diced raw apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Prepare apples and set aside.
    Measure oil, then add sugar and eggs; mix at low speed until creamy.
    Sift flour; measure, then sift again with salt, soda and baking powder.
    Add flour mixture in small amounts.
    Beat well after each addition.
    When batter becomes stiff, finish by hand.
    Fold in chopped pecans, apples and vanilla.
    Can be spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan or Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 50 to 60 minutes.
    Avoid overbaking.
    This can be made into muffins, also.
