Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. plain yogurt
    1 c. bananas, mashed
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda and add to cream mixture, alternating with yogurt.
    Add mashed bananas and nuts last, mixing until well blended.
    Spoon into 2 loaf pans or 9 x 13-inch pan that has been greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes in greased pan.
