Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 egg, beaten
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1/4 stick butter, melted
    Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in salted water; drain.
    Beat egg; mix with broccoli.
    Add soup; mix well.
    Place in buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top, then cover with buttered crushed Ritz cracker crumbs.
    Cook in oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, until cracker crumbs are golden.
