Dumplings For Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sifted flour
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. boiling water or broth
Preparation
    Put flour in mixing bowl.
    Make a hole in the middle and put eggs in whole.
    Pour in water or broth, stirring all the while you are pouring, and continue working in flour with fork until very stiff.
    Then work with hands.
    Work in all the flour you possibly can.
    Put onto floured wax paper and roll thin.
    Let dry out for an hour or two.
    Turn over during drying time.
