Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. crushed saltines
    1 pkg. buttermilk Ranch dressing
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cook squash with onion about 10 minutes (squash should be firm).
    Drain well.
    Combine squash with next 5 ingredients. Place in a 2-quart lightly greased casserole.
    Combine bread crumbs and margarine, sprinkle over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Yields 8 servings.
