Round Steak Covered With Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. steak
    1 large onion
    salt and pepper
    3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from steak; cut into serving size pieces. Season steak; dredge in flour.
    Lightly pound floured steak. Brown steak in oil.
    Add sliced onion; add water to cover steak. Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes.
    Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until meat is tender.
    Add water, if needed.
