Korean Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 piece flank steak
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 stalks green onion, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    flour to coat
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Have the butcher tenderize the flank steak.
    Cut into 2 or 3 pieces.
    Mix
    sugar,
    soy
    sauce
    and garlic and marinate meat in it for 1/2 hour.
    Coat with flour and dip into mixture of
    green onion and
    eggs.
    Fry
    in
    medium
    hot
    oil.
    Slice against grain and serve hot or cold.
