Scalloped Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. carrots
    6 Tbsp. butter
    5 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Melt 4 tablespoons butter in saucepan; add flour and brown. Add milk and cook until thickens.
    Add carrots and cheese to mixture.
    Put in casserole.
    Cover top with bread crumbs.
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter and spread over bread crumbs.
    Bake in oven until bread crumbs are brown.
