Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent roll dough
    1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing seasoning
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
    milk
    mushrooms
    green and/or red peppers
    cucumbers
    onions
    broccoli
    shredded carrots
    any other kinds of vegetables
Preparation
    Spread crescent roll dough in a 9 x 13-inch jelly roll pan, pressing seams together to create a rectangular pizza crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
    Cool.
