Apple Cake(Fresh) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped apples
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Pour sugar over apples and let stand 30 minutes.
    Sift dry ingredients into apple mixture.
    Blend eggs and oil together. Combine all ingredients.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch floured pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Will be moist like fruit cake.
