Petite Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 cupcake papers
    24 vanilla wafers
    2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (13 oz.) can ready pie filling
Preparation
    Line muffin tin with cupcake papers.
    Place one vanilla wafer (flat side down) in each paper.
    Beat all the other ingredients until light and fluffy.
    Fill each cup 3/4 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Cool.
    Peel away muffin cups.
    Top with cherry or any other pie filling you desire.
