Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 med. tomatoes
    4 ripe avocados
    juice of 1 lime
    1/2 small onion
    2 garlic cloves
    small bunch of cilantro
    1 small jalapeno pepper
    salt to taste
    corn chips to serve
Preparation
    Chop tomato, onion, garlic and jalapeno pepper (scrape out the seeds) into about 1/2 -inch dice.
    Loosely chop cilantro.
    Cut avocados in half, then remove the pits.
    Scoop the flesh out of the shells and place it in a food processor until smooth, then scrape into a bowl and stir in all ingredients, seasoning to taste.
    Serve with chips.
