Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cold low-fat milk (divided use)
8 oz. lite whipped cream cheese
2 Tbsp. instant coffee
1 Tbsp. hot water
2 Tbsp. brandy or bourbon (optional)
1 pkg. (4 serving size) vanilla sugar-free instant pudding
2 c. lite Cool Whip, thawed
1 (3 oz.) pkg. ladyfingers, split
1 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate, grated
Preparation

Pour 1/2 cup milk into blender.
Add cream cheese and blend until smooth.
Blend in remaining 1 cup milk.
