Venison Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    small deer roast
    1 can creamy onion soup
    1 can cream of mushroom
    1 Tbsp. salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. flour
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    4 to 6 medium potatoes, quartered
Preparation
    Dredge roast in flour and brown slightly in skillet.
    Place roast in crock-pot; combine soups and seasonings.
    Place potatoes around and on top of roast.
    Pour soups over all.
    Cook on low heat overnight or 8 to 10 hours.
