Mexican Layered Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 flour tortillas
2 large lettuce leaves, shredded
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 cup spicy guacamole (optional), save some for top
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can sliced ripe olives, drained
1 red or green bell pepper, chopped
3 sliced green onions
2 Tbsp. cilantro or parsley, chopped
2 heaping spoonfuls of sour cream
Salsa (optional)
Preparation

Mix cooked drained ground beef with taco seasoning.
Place 1 tortilla on plate.
Top with lettuce, half of meat, and another tortilla.
Spread guacamole even over tortilla.
(Use sour cream if you don't like guacamole.)
Sprinkle with half of each: cheese, olives, pepper and onion.
Sprinkle with cilantro and top with another tortilla and meat.
Top with last tortilla.
Spread sour cream evenly on tortilla.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese, olives, pepper and onions.
Top with reserved guacamole.
Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 3 hours.
Cut into wedges and serve with salsa.
