Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cut up cooked chicken or 1 c. cooked hamburg
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. tortillas (10)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix chicken, onions and 1/4 cup cheese. Reserve.
    Stir in sauce, water, oil and powder.
    Heat through. Place 2 rounded tablespoons chicken mixture on each tortilla. Roll up.
    Place, seam side down, in baking dish.
    Spoon remaining mixture over tortillas.
    Pour tomato sauce over tortillas. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese.
    Bake until hot (15 to 20 minutes). Makes 4 servings.
