Italian Salad Regis - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 head lettuce, torn into pieces
    6 slices cheese, cut up
    6 thin slices ham, cut up
    6 slices thin roast beef, cut up
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    18 thin slices pepperoni sausage
    1 onion (Italian), chopped finely
    1 clove garlic, minced
    salt to taste
    1 Tbsp. grated Romano cheese
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    2 to 3 tomatoes, cut into wedges
Preparation
    Shake oil and vinegar together.
    Put all other ingredients, except
    Romano cheese and tomatoes, in a salad bowl and toss gently.
    Sprinkle
    oil
    and vinegar over salad.
    Garnish with tomato wedges.
