Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can corn, drained
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. corn meal
    buttermilk (to mix batter)
    2 Tbsp. sugar (sweetener)
    2 eggs or egg substitute
Preparation
    Mix flour, corn meal, corn, sugar and egg.
    Add buttermilk slowly (enough to mix to drop from spoon).
    Drop in hot oil and brown.
    Great with fish and onion.
    Serve hot and quick meal if in hurry.
