Cherry Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. softened margarine
1/2 c. pkg. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Cream margarine and brown sugar.
Add flour and mix well. Stir in pecans.
Press mixture in bottom of greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned; cool.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and milk; beat until smooth.
Fold in whipped topping.
Spread over cooled crust.
Chill.
Top with cherry pie filling.
Makes 12 servings.
