Chicken, Red Grape And Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cubed, boned and skinned chicken breast
    1 c. cubed unpeeled Red Delicious apples
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/2 c. nonfat plain yogurt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. seedless red grapes
    2/3 c. diagonally sliced celery
    2 Tbsp. diced purple onions
    2 Tbsp. nonfat mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh celery leaves
    6 Boston lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Combine chicken, grapes, apples, celery, raisins and onions in a bowl; toss gently.
    Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice and celery leaves in a bowl; stir well.
    Add to chicken mixture; toss gently to coat.
    Cover and chill.
    Serve on individual lettuce-lined serving plates.
    Yield:
    6 servings; serving size:
    1 cup, 183 calories per serving.
