Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1/4 c. finely chopped green peppers
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. chopped pecans (hold 1 c. in reserve)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; set aside 1 cup of nuts.
    Put bowl in refrigerator until chilled and slightly firm.
    Form into a ball and roll in remaining pecans.
    Keep chilled until ready to use.
