Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 zucchini, halved lengthwise
    2/3 c. fine, fresh whole wheat bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Scoop pulp from zucchini, leaving 1/4-inch in shells.
    Cut pulp in pieces and mixed with remaining ingredients.
    Spoon about 3 tablespoons into each shell.
    Microwave for 6 minutes.
