Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boneless chicken breasts
lemon
salt
pepper
a little flour
butter
1 c. heavy whipping cream
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 little lemon, grated
Preparation

Rub chicken breasts with lemon, salt, pepper and flour. Saute in butter for 7 minutes on each side. Remove from heat and put chicken in baking pan dish. Mix together remaining ingredients. Deglaze the saute pan, scraping in all the ingredients. Strain the sauce over the chicken breasts. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and brown lightly under the broiler for a few minutes.
