Venison Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. venison
    1/2 lb. chopped bacon
    1 small onion, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 lemon peel, grated
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. marjoram
    1 egg
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Catch a deer, then grind venison and chopped bacon.
    Put in balance of ingredients; mix by hand.
    Form into 3-inch diameter roll.
    Cut into slices and fry.
