Easy Day Casserole(Slow Cooker) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stew meat
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. red wine or sherry
1 can mushroom soup
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
Preparation

Mix meat, soup mix, wine and mushroom soup.
Squeeze lemon juice over and mix well. Cook on low setting all day in slow cooker.
Near end of cooking time, add the frozen vegetables.
