English Pub Mustard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry mustard
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. turmeric
    10 to 12 oz. flat beer or ale
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in blender.
    Slowly add beer and blend until smooth.
    Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Makes about 2 cups.
